We ensure that the operational side of events is centrally managed at all times, through the establishment of an Emergency Control Centre (ECC). Our ECC methodology has been praised by Police and emergency service organisations on numerous occasions and is widely considered to be industry best practice.
Corporate events and meetings require a different approach entirely. We place a premium on providing organisers with a subtle yet attentive service. Our approach towards these functions incorporates the following services:
- A detailed risk management plan taking into account all aspects of the function and the personnel attending,
- Thorough preparation of the event environment including listening device detection and contingency planning,
- An appreciation of VIPs attending, their personal requirements and any specific threats or risks to their safety, and
- Close Personal Protection and route security requirements.
Threat Protect takes pride in never considering any job too small or too large. From small home units to large homes in their own grounds we will personally attend your premises and evaluate your security needs. We will listen to you, discuss the options available and advise you on the design, supply and installation of our quality products. A written quotation of all work to be undertaken is supplied to our prospective clients.
All of our alarm products and installations meet Australian Standards (AS2201). Threat Protect’s reputation has been achieved because we offer only quality equipment that is installed by our own technicians. Our systems are supported by the manufacturers’ 2 year warranty and after sales service that is second to none.
24 hour monitoring is offered from our own Grade A1 monitoring control room located in Perth ensuring a local knowledge of current events within your area at any time. You will be contacted if there is any alarm activation or power loss at your premises. The police will be notified of a multi-sector alarm or duress activation. You will also be advised if your system is reporting a fault to the control room.
Threat Protect can offer a variety of intercoms providing another aspect to protecting your family. Intercoms are available in audio or video, colour or black and white and can be integrated with an access control system to open doors and gates.
Australian Standards recommend that alarm systems should be serviced every 12 months to ensure that your security continues to work effectively. If your alarm has not been serviced for more than 1 year call our office to arrange an appointment to service and maintain your system.
