The current situation with COVID-19 is causing unprecedented challenges for all Australians and their businesses.

Threat Protect Management have been closely monitoring the situation and are staying abreast of the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health.

We are dedicated to providing innovative ways to ensure we continue to provide our Security Monitoring services to all our customers in these challenging times. We will continue to adhere to our strict health and hygiene policies, and we are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe environment for all our staff. We have also stopped all visitors to our monitoring centres in a bid to keep outside influences to a minimum. Keeping our staff safe will ensure the continued operation of our multiple monitoring centres.

As part of our commitment to continued service, we have implemented additional connections between our centres to ensure should one be affected by COVID-19, then the other centres will be able to operate as an alternative. This is a major advantage of being with Threat Protect and having access to multiple monitoring centres across Australia.

Our level of redundant infrastructure enables us the ability to close one centre and have other centres monitor alarms in a secure and safe environment providing continuation of service to you and your premises. We are also implementing innovative ways to keep operating and actioning alarms in the event the Government orders all people to self-isolate for 14 days.

As a business, we will continue to remain focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through our multiple centres and allow you the confidence of knowing your monitoring will be provided with minimal interruption.

We want to assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure continued service to you in these uncertain times.
